Access your documents

You can access your Morrisons Pet portal to:

  • View saved quotes and your policy number.
  • Add a new quote or policy to your online portal.
  • View and print your policy documents.
  • See exactly what is and isn't covered by your policy.

Make a claim

Do you need to make a pet insurance claim? It's best to have all the information about what happened to hand before getting in touch, this includes:

  • Your personal details and policy number - you can get your policy number on your Morrisons Pet portal.
  • Details about your claim, for example receipts and invoices that you want to claim for.

Renew your policy

You'll receive your renewal letter about three weeks before your policy ends. Please review it carefully in your Morrisons Pet portal and check:

  • Your cover still suits your pet's needs for next year (including any health or lifestyle changes).
  • Your details and your pet's details are up to date.

Cancel my policy

You can cancel anytime via your Morrisons Pet portal - just log in and follow the steps. Once complete, you'll get a confirmation email.

Need to update your details? Log in to your Morrisons Pet portal to quickly change your name, contact info or address.
